Thumbs up Fab Speed X Pipe Review

Okay a ton of people have been waiting for this, including me, prior to the install.

First the spec's
2013 3.4 Cab Chrono package with PDK, as well as a ton more options.

FabSpeed X Pipe install.

Took 45 minutes on the garage floor. Lubed all the nuts several times in the last week. Everything came off easy.

First removing the muffler. Time 15 minutes. The fit was VERY tight so be careful when removing the muffler.

The install took about 25-30 minutes after the muffler was out.. Again VERY tight. The FabSpeed X-Pipe first perfect.

Now for the good part.

Sound, in non sport mode it sounded almost stock under 4,000 rpm, over that very nice

With sport mode on ( chrono package only) it sounded great, not PSE great but just fine. Over 4,000 rpm's it sings. Not to loud but again just right. If I have to say how much, 20% louder. As for the burble again about 20% more than stock and less than PSE. For the money and effort you can't go wrong.

Zero drone

Would I buy it again, YUP!

Your welcome. No bumper removal. You have less than 1 inch of clearance though.

A ratchet wont work on the top nut on each side so a wrench that is flat and has a ratchet in it works great. Loosen all the nuts and the clamp, (two nuts) that holds the tip on the exhaust will slide outward. Once everything is loose you can remove. Don't forget the two straps that hold the center muffler again the engine. You need a hex driver for that. You will have to wiggle the muffler to get out.

Just an FYI Lube the two pieces of the Fabspeed so you can adjust in place. They will be tight.

Thank you. A very easy install. Someone that has a lift and knows what there doing should take 30 minutes max. What is the next step from here?

The next step would be chipping away at the performance package, Maxflo Side Mufflers, Sport headers with Cats and a Competition Air Intake! Everything can be purchases and installed separately. Please contact me directly for pricing and more information!

Thank you again. Still in break in period so once I start to take it over 5k I will see. Under 4k 90% of time first 1000 and now with 1400 miles up to 5k once in a while. Zero oil usage.
Fabspeed is a work of art.. Looks great.
