Trying to decide between a 15 GTS Cab with 1900 miles for 121k (certified) or a new 16 4S Cab for 138... 4S is optioned well with Sports Chrono and manual... GTS is PDK.... tough decision since warranty on 15 will last longer due to cerification...goes until March of 2021.... have driven both and like both
Both white with black roof...
main question is whick one will be worth more in 5 years

You'll be much more satisfied with the GTS...I know I am! Oh yes, and to your other question, the GTS will hold better value...not that any car should be considered as an investment.

GTS - lower price, better options, better warranty, no kick in the gut when the depreciation hits from a new car, marginally less annual depreciation, easier to sell in the future. If you aren't familiar with driving PDK find someone with PDK and drive it - a lot, and with spirit (manual mode, Sport +).
$121K for a 15' is high, what was the list? I prefer the GTS as well. Dont forget abut the power package that you get with the GTS, that is a $17K option alone.

so the list was 128... every other certified used GTS on the Porsche website is over 130 except one at 124... where can I find a certified 15 GTS Cab for significantly less than 121?
You can get 10k off on a 16'. Check out out Porsche of Arlington and Porsche of Tysons. I wish they held their values but depreciation on a Porsche is awful. You can get new 15's at a bigger discount. I bet you the dealer is in that 15 for low 100's. Offer them 110k which is rich.
I will check with Tysons and Arlington but I have not been able to find one at that price point certified with that low of miles...
