I'm thinking about placing an order, but wanting to get others if they are as well, perhaps we can place orders together and get volume discount on 991.2

Trust me my friend, there is no volume discount to be had at any Porsche dealer in the GTA.

I went in to Downtown Porsche in Toronto and put my deposit down on my 2017 991.2 Turbo S Convertible. Ask for JP, very helpful! Will hopefully be here in 90 days. I got basically every option and it came up to 260k CAD plus tax which to me is a great deal for how much car your getting.

You gotta pay to play.

Seriously though, I have a great contact at Pfaff if you're serious and looking to talk to someone. PM me if you're interested. Just don't expect much discount as Porsche Canada sells every single 911 allocation they get without much issue.

Same issue with discounts in Vancouver. When the dealer cannot get enough cars for the customers he has or wants to have it's not likely the discounts will amount to much if anything.

Back in '06 the avg. discount was 2-4%... If you were a repeat customer you could twist their arm and get 6%.
Now it's no discount. I'd like to hear if anyone in Ontario has received a discount on a new car order...
A repeat lease gets you a $ 1k discount. Tha's big of them on a $150 k car...
I'd bet a group of 5 or ten would be pointless....
