Tyre pressures???
Since I don't run on the Autobahn with a fully laden car, I skip the higher settings that are on the door panel, and instead follow the manual's "comfort settings" ~32 front, 35 rear (cold). They generally grow a couple of pounds on the road.

When I bought it the dealer had it on the max settings and it didn't ride well...since I dropped it... much better!

I suspect they inflate to the high speed/fully laden setting for some combination of overblown liability and fuel economy rating reasons. Pardon the pun. I didn't realize it until I read proofread.. .
I'm set on comfort as well.
Carving the back road twisties to the one novice track day I did, the comfort setting was great in every occasion with surprisingly very little side wall roll.

+1 on Comfort settings. It amazes me that most cars are set to the low to mid 40s cold from the dealership, even for cars they use on test drives.
There is a HUGE difference between comfort settings and normal/high settings. It's almost like comparing a stock suspension vs. one with lowering springs.
