As a safety note, never trust the large chain tire shops when it comes to torque values. I have watched them more times than I can count set the torque wrench value and tighten the lug nut until the torque wrench, clicks, beeps, whatever and then continue tightening another 1/4 to 1/2 turn.

I have spoken to the shop foreman or managers and they say, "We require our technicians to use a torque wrench when installing wheels". Yeah....they just don't teach them how to properly use the torque wrench.

As soon as I get my car home I re-torque all of the wheels correctly.

Don't forget to recheck them after a couple hundred miles. Just saw a Facebook posting from a PCA member that didn't and he screwed a rim and the hub when it loosened up.
