991.1 owners, anyone get the 7th gear vibration or low rpm jerking in this link?

Hello all, I am new here and in the market for a 991.1 C4S PDK, I am coming from a 997. I am reading up on any issues I need to look out for, and this one came up:

http://www.pcarshops.com/porsche-911...on-in-7th-gear

Basically says some owners can feel a vibration through the pedal when trying to lightly accelerate in 7th gear (meaning not hard enough to downshift). Seems like it is just the engine lugging no? Any input on this? Seems Porsche tried to fix the issue on the 991.2 cars as they have a new dual mass/centrifugal pendulum flywheel that they say will "allow the engine to run at even lower revs in higher gears with less vibration". Not sure why you would want to do this though, I guess EPA/MPG related reasons?

It also says some owners may notice low rev issues, like a jerking sensation? If this is going very slow, like in a parking lot, it could just be that the car is just above the stall point, and that is never a smooth range to be in. But, if so, why would they bring this up? If not that, what is it, and how common is this?

Any input would be great.
