Back up camera

Does anyone here know if the 991 and 981 is pre-wired for installation of a back up camera, or whether a new wire will have to be run in order to add a camera and display the view on the PCM screen?

Pretty sure that if your car didn't come with the option, you'll need to run the wire. Porsche doesn't seem to give out any Easter eggs.

If you intend on keeping PCM headunit, you'll need the NAVTV interface to plug into it. If you're interested in it, I'm actually getting mine removed next week and will be posting it up for sale.

'13. I'm installing an aftermarket headunit that lets me connect the backup camera directly into. The NAVTV kit was ordered and installed March of this year though.
