Factory -20mm sport suspension

Does anyone have the -20mm Sport suspension options on their car?

NOT PASM, which is ajustable

I mean the factory option that just lowers the car 20mm

How harsh is the ride?

And does anyone know if it is done with spring, shocks? Ir just some spacers?

The Sport Suspension option on the 911 is SPASM. On the 981 Cayman is known as X73/non adjustable.

911 DOES NOT offer a NON-adjustable Sport suspension option on the 991.

I have the SPASM on my 991 911 C2S, to my knowledge it's dampers and springs, and probably different PASM calibration.

Joe is correct.

I have the 20mm (lower) SPASM on my current ride. The ride is what a 911 should be in the first place. It is stiffer than the stock suspension, the thinker sway bars and shorter springs do the trick.
The suspension will dampen according to driving style i.e. track, spirited etc. It also has PTV+ which is a more advanced LSD.

The SPASM is perfect if you want a more aggressive, hunkered down look and a nice firm sporty ride. To me the ride is not harsh at all - it's perfect. Firm but not harsh. I had a 997 with standard non PASM suspension and I like this one much better. Definitely feels planted in corners. In fact, I always have suspension in sport mode even in city driving. Maybe that's just me ! Just a note with SPASM that you need to be aware of steep approaches on driveways - I usually approach them at an angle and can negotiate most of them. The front lift system would be a good option to spec out with SPASM which was not available on the 991.1 Carreras.

Does anyone know if it would be possible to retrofit SPASM to a Cab? Was not an option to spec it, but I think it might be nice!

I suspect that it can be done but would be cost prohibitive. Much easier and less expensive to install coil overs, springs and lower the ride that way. There are a number of coil over shocks that can accommodate almost anyone's driving style.

Hello.
Would the interior be more prone to squeaks due to the firmer Sport PASM?

I have owed both SPASM and non PASM 991s. I have noticed no squeaking whatsoever with the SPASM suspension and I have 6000 on my 2016 SPASM 991.
