porsche door panels warping
#16
BS. Mine did. 2014 launch vehicle, both started to warp with drivers side being worse.
The parts did take a long time to get but they were fixed under cpo.

My launch vehicle 991.1 S had the Std interior, which is where I think this is happening...the top trim on the door wasn't warped but I could push/pry it and it would move.
IMO shoddy construction on their part for a car costing $100k + Actually very "Maserati-like"- and I don't like it.
And another thing- this garbage about $3850 upcharge for a full leather interior is wayyy overpriced.
It's threads like these that make me want an el cheapo Civic.

Most and Hu
I install my aftermarket HU in the last week and have no sound. I do have a blinking light coming from the converter and also on the fiber optic line when I unplug from the amp. Any suggestions? I did hook both power lines (red and yellow) on the convert to switched power. I wouldn't think this would be the issue . And the HU work find and everything is look good except I don't get sound from my Bose speakers

My 2014 911 has exactly the same issue. My door panels look just like the picture. My car is cpo and under warranty but the dealer and Porsche North America are telling me trim is not covered and it will cost $1,500 to replace each door liner. Can you tell me the name of your deal who replaced under warranty. Has anybody else had issues (refusal) to repair under warranty?

Just bought 2013 3 weeks ago. Pissed as all hell both door panels are lifting off the door. I had so many issues with my 997, hopped newer one would be better and now this crap. fuming like no tomorrow. Of course aftermarket warranty wont cover this.

Dealer replaced my driver's side (2013 S cab) under cpo warranty. Unfortunate the passenger side hasn't let loose yet and my warranty period is now up.
