hello guys, I was under the impression that a PPI also check for body damage and stuff like that, I had a Car at Porsche Austin, when the guy called me to tell me it was ready, he only mentioned the tire depth and brakes and mechanical to be in good condition, I can visual inspect all that and saved $300 dlls

I would avoid a Porsche dealership for PPI at all costs. It's usually not more than their basic inspection they provide with any service, yet they may charge 1.5-2 labor hours.

bmxtreme is infamous around these parts
same crap with Indy. The plug in an OBD reader and press some buttons in your car (ac working, heater working etc etc). So much for a freagin PPI. They didn't even put it up the lift to look under. I would skip PPI and just get a frame.body inspection only.

Yoy are 100% right, S.A told me The car had 4/32nd on tires, today I checked the tires and they are at 8/32nd's makes me think if they inspected the car, never received a copy or something regarding the inspection, it was just a Phone call with details on "brake pad life and tire thread depth"
