Anyway, I like the Sapphire Blue. Just not as much as Aqua Blue Metallic!
Sweet!
I'm still Amazed every time I drive it!
Got some catching up to do, lol

Go to Edmunds and play with the color adjustment values. For a 2015 991S these numbers came up.

· Color Adjustment – trade in

  • Sapphie Blue Metallic $-294
  • Racing Yellow $151
  • Black $79

friar93 is infamous around these parts
I agree with above and find that the older the car gets, the more the unique colors are desired. this color might actually hold value

just a theory but, the older the cars get the more likely someone is buying it as a weekend car and wants something unique rather than a lot of new cars are still daily drivers and people want more regular colors.

look a the 993 and older 911zs and its the Mexico Blue type colors that command the highest prices.

Using MMR (Manheim) Blue (doesnt discern variants in the shade) is the biggest add in the West... its the perfect color for the 991 IMHO, not over produced and fits the supply and demand mechanics thus the largest color add of any I picked.

Sapphire in particular is a color I would personally pay a premium for. Below is a mock situation I did:

That's why real estate agents suggest neutral colors and no wallpaper.
Exactly. Just limits the number of buyers.
