Pricing thoughts?

Looking at "new" 2017 Cab S w/ 450 miles on it(assuming test driver. MSRP of $130,840. Asking $117,900. What do you think is a fair price for this car? Living in the NE i thought Cabs in the middle of winter could be had cheaper? TIA

Are you buying from a Porsche dealer? Are they selling as a new or used car (CPO?)? They're only offering a 10% discount. In any case, they should be able to do better than that.

You don’t seem convinced it is a new car... ask the dealer if it has been titled. If not, it’s new. Ask them why the car has 450 miles on it. 10% is actually a pretty good discount for new but with the miles already on it, I’d definitely go for more.

So the initial car I was looking at"new" with 450 miles on it had its warranty punched 3/16, So almost out a year although it was never titled. While the saw a very nicely optioned CPO 2017 911 s cab. with 6700m. I love the color combo and options (GT Sport Steering Wheel, Light Design Package, Memory Package, Navigation System, Porsche Crest on Headrests, Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), Porsche Entry & Drive, Premium Package Plus w/Power Sport Seats, Rear Axle Steering, Sport Chrono Package, Sport Package, SportDesign Side Mirrors, Sports Exhaust System) Original sticker $143k. Whats a fair price? BTW getting a bit hosed in s/b closer to 42K after a bit of negotiations offer 38K TIA.
