I have been building my parts bin and I’m ready to order my Brembo brake kit.my car is Agate grey and my HRE’s just came in which are brushed dark clear.






So my question is what color on the Brembo BBK to go with? Thy offer black, red, silver and yellow. For the most part the car is black and grey so do I go black ? but then they just kind of blend in with the car. Honestly I want to do yellow which adds a splash of color and I think would look good in those wheels but my gut tells me people will be thinking ( he is trying to imitate PCCB’s). I know this is a personal preference but just wanted consensus from you all?





I have decided I’m doing the type 3 rotors and 380mm front and rear rotor size,
6 piston front 4 rear.

 

I agree that you should add some color with the calipers. I think red or yellow would look great. If you like yellow, then who cares what other people think? Get yellow!

Needs a splash of color. So, either red or yellow. Personally I'd go with red as it complements the other red components (rear lights and reflectors) on the car and looks really good with Agate Grey!

OBTW, the wheels look great and you'll love the Michelins.

 

Definitely add some color with red or yellow. I also like acid green but that would require you painting them.

 

I thought about doing that very thing and they want about 250.00 per corner to do that but I just don’t think that color will match well with agate. If my car was all black I would be in !

Hahaha we are good to go on the 26th and I’m gonna do yellow! I really did ponder that acid green but I just don’t know if it’s worth messing with.

 

Do what you like and screw what everyone else says, but since you are asking, black, red and yellow would all go unnoticed since those are all factory colors. I’d do silver because, to Porsche people, it would stand out the most.

 

How about blue? Cam Hughes' TTS has blue and it really stood out for me when I saw it in his video.

 

Blue looks great too. Really stands out too which is a very good thing.

 

Decided to go orange and planning on ordering quickly !









I really even thought about this copper color strongly and thought it would be more subtle but I wanted some flash to the car as I think it needs a bit. Also thinking about one of these striping packages but silver and black border. I don’t know though.

Just curious did you happen to notice the exhaust tips hanging off the back of the car? I have a complete kit on the car, headers sport cats x-pipe and tips!
Just waiting on TPC front rear sway bars with drop links, next week to brake kit will be ordered in custom orange!
