Porsche Profitability

Just read an article that says Porsche makes at least twice the profit on a new car sale than does Mercedes, BMW and Audi. Average profit is $17,000 per car.

Ferrari has highest profit at around $80,000 per car.

its way more than that for both but nobody will ever hear the truth
you cant just amortize and roll in costs for advertising, insurance, healthcare etc then just divide by units sold for profits.

Not bad for Porsche 17K profit per sale compared to Tesla and Bently that loses 12K per sale wonder what those investors think.

I am happy that the SUV's allow Porsche to produce 28 different 911's.

BTW, the dealer network is also getting it done with profits.
