Question Help with Headlight Washer 991.1

I have a loose headlight washer assembly, and hoped someone could point me in the right direction to access that area and tighten, if it's not broken...?

Mine is quite the opposite. One is more recessed than the other. According to Cam Hughes (fellow Turbo S owner on YT), the headlight squirters are as simple as pulling out with a hook. I was planning to pull it out and reinsert

Mr_Skull is infamous around these parts
I recently swapped mine out with the color matched units it’s from bumperplugs. One unit came out complete like in the video but the other the chrome “cap” just popped off on its own. It could be the chrome cap isn’t clipped in very well as there were only two little clips on it from what I recall.
