Are over revs the principal thing I am looking for in a DME report?

The car I'm looking at has 116 over revs in Gear 1...I guess that is code Z111 with 192 operating hours.

Nothing in any other gear.

I really don't know what to look for and what to be concerned about.

Thanks for any assistance.

You had 19 rpm over redline. It’s not gear 1 but range one and you have nothing to worry about.
