Serpentine belt help please

I'm in the middle on replacing my serpentine belt on my 991.1 S cab. Everything is coming along fine until I try to reinsert the carrier bolt. It does not line up.

Per a thread I read, I loosed 3 bolts surrounding the carrier bold. It looks like a something shifted out of line. It's not the collar. It seems to be the piece of metal with with the bolts I loosened. I don't want to persuade it too much.

Any help is much appreciated.

Seems everyone is out Christmas shopping anyway I hope our car is fixed by now. If not it looks to me since Porsches are in mm's the you may need to lift the engine just a little to realign. As I said I hope it's fixed by now, but if not try it and see. just my .02 from the pic. Cheers and Merry Christmas! mate.

Thanks for the response. I got some help over at Rennlist. You were right, I had a jack the engine up a bit to get the bolt to line up. Long board under the oil pan. I was freaking out a bit, but it all worked out. Otherwise it was a super easy and fun DIY project.
