2019 911 GTS. 2k miles. Out of nowhere my AC smells like fish, dead rat, or mold. I see no dead animals. No droppings. The filters are both bleach white and new looking.
The smell seems to be coming from this white thing.

Don't know what would be causing the smell but post this on Rennlist you will get more responses. This site does not get the traffic it used to.
smells like rats *** to me :} actually that thing UR pointing to has to be part of cooling system, its right near the radiator with hoses going in...if U have ever smelled old, used anti freeze,,,thats the exact smell

The smell somehow seemed to come from that area only when in the trunk. No other smells now. Thanks for the tip.

Actually yes I did. I was in Culver City for a night and had to park in an ally with bums, dumpsters, filth and had no choice as it was a friends new apartment and parking was in the alley. Covered, but dumpsters where on both sides of my car. It was like a Melrose place apartment complex with parking in the back.
