NAV-TV Issues: 6+ months of run-around

NAV-TV Issues: 6+ months of run-around
Has anyone used NAV-TV to Upgrade their infotainment for CarPlay, mirroring, or simply adding rear camera(s) this past year? I have a 2013 991.1 with Buremster infotainment system that’s been in their possession for over 6 months…to be upgraded for CarPlay & camera(s) addition but, they (NAV-TV themselves in FL) has been giving me the run around telling me they will get the unit back to me “next month” and time goes by then again, another “next month”… plus some song-and-dance for why it’s taken them this long…and how neither have they been able to finish my upgrade nor giving me and ETA for when I could get my infotainment back! Needless to see I’m totally p#%sed. I’m curious if anyone else has/is experiencing anything like this!? I thought these guys are legitimate and yet what I’m experiencing here is unheard of or is!? I’m being taken for a ride!? Are there any other forums related to our cars that I could check on NAV-TV’s recent feedback?
