Unhappy 992 ticking

I have a new 911 c4s with only a few hundred miles on it. I'm loving the car. However, 2 days ago I was driving home and heard a new noise. There is a ticking sound that changes in alinement with RPM. I took it out the next day just to make sure it wasn't a onetime thing, and it is still there. I have searched the internet and found many things that make me want to panic, but I was hoping someone here would tell me what is up. I haven't taken it to the dealer yet, but that is my next step. It seems to drive fine with the same amount of power as before. I haven't taken it much past 4k RPMs because I want to break it in correctly.

I have a 2022 GTS and no ticking in mine, just the PCM thinks way to much, on start up and when I switch from FM to my iPhone or a USB.

This has been discussed on other forums . I even heard. a few traded their car back with less than 500 miles because they could not take it. I have seen videos posted by frustrated owners and still heard NOTHING . They even nicknamed it "crickets" .
This was on another forum by one of the members who didn't want his car . Honestly I near nothing .
