saw a 96 993 today for 54,000.00 isnt tha a little cheap? it's silver over blk and all stock looks very clean . whats the deal i thought 96 were holding their value??

 

steve that vehicle won't last long ... there are always good deals you can find. unlike ferraris, you can find a kbb value for these cars and the not so savvy initial owners or whoever can end up trading their cars in for much less than their market value.

 

Sounds like a fluke (e.g., uneducated seller) or a car with high miles. The former would represent the deal of a lifetime, the latter would represent the headache of a lifetime. I'd bet on the higher miles. Caveat emptor
