65k maintenance
When going through and replacing seals like timing case cover seals, While the engine is out... what else should be done to prevent double labor for near future Preventative Maint. ??? I don't want to run into a near future "while you were already there" deal. Leakdown test... etc. Ideas?

the list can get very long...
PS belt, plug wires, plugs, cap/rotor, any leaks on top (breather, OP sensor), val;ve cover gaskets, SAI chk valve, test/replace injectors, boost sender, etc.
Also, at those miles it might be time to refresh the turbos though you can sometimes get more than 75K miles it really depends on how they've been treated.
