Hi Scott,

No, this is a custom front lip made by Zimermann to fit the GT2 EVO bumper. It offsets the downforce in the rear caused by the larger version ('98 EVO) Boomerang wing that I have on my car.

Yes the car caught fire unfortunately. Made for some nice pictures at least

Phoenix, this is indeed a foil wrap, the car is Polar silver.
