All the GT2's in this post appear to be basic track/race cars only. Does anyone drive them around. Any For Sale anywhere? They look great. The Race car listed above for sale with 500 miles seems to be pretty high priced. 325k for a Euro spec racer. Is this the norm? I don't know a lot about the 993 but think they are outstanding looking.

What a car! That Black and Yellow is awesome. Look close at the 2nd picture top from left. That car is 2" off the ground floored. That would be some fun to get groceries in.

PM 6speeder Jean. He is the man to talk to.

Here is a pic of his car. It's a 993TT w/ GT2 bodywork, Protomotive 3.8L, and many other serious mods.

Thank you I will. Car is great. Not a huge fan of gold wheels but hell I have poc-a-dots on my race car. That car has a out of country tag on the front. Is Jean from out of the US?

Yes, Jean is in Dubai. I just bought a set of factory 3 piece speedline GT2 wheels (no gold) from him for my 993 TT I am converting into a GT2.

It has been a long time (since March) but it should be done soon. All parts are factory down to the carpet kit (factory asked me which color they should make the GT2 logo) plus a few race GT2 bits such as suspension and a full blown 3.8 twin plug (630hp on 100 octane fuel).

I will post pics soon, stay tuned

good friend of mine has an original 993 street GT2. it is usable on the street, though tramlines something terrible on anything other than glass smooth pavement. he doesn't use it much, though that's more because the car is so rare, and all it takes is some inattentive moron in a minivan on the road to cause some heartbreaking damage to the car.
