Dashboard and Engine Noise

Hey fellas, I bought a '95 993 C2 that was advertised here a few months back and have been loving driving it. However, there are these two noises that I'm not sure whether I should be worrying about.

1. Constant noise from the dashboard
2. A gargling type noise from the back when I slow down to a stop

Let me know if you guys know what this is and if it indicates a problem. Thanks in advance.

Lou

1. there are a few little places in the dash that make noise, but I can't exactly tell you where to look.
2. It's the oil going to the front oil cooler, totally normal.
