Help Wanted: 993 Shopping

I stumbled on a '98 993 Cab that melted my heart. Its a CPO car with 53k miles on it. Now if I can sell the wife on it...

So... what should I look for?
Any problem spots?
Maintenance expectations?
Pricing advice?
