First post. Manual Gearbox question

Finally after long winter got my 993 cab back on the road. I'm newbee porsche owner, so don't judge hard)

Gearbox after night is really hard to change gear or even turn 1 gear, thats after running on idle for about 10-15 minutes, outside temp is about 32F (really early morning)
Is there any special tricks for that? or it's a symptom of malfunction of some kind?

You might want to change the trans fluid out for some Swepco 75-90, or at least check the level. There are also a couple of plastic bushings in the shifter that fail.
