Hello!
I started my winter project now with a 993 C4 to be ready to drive on track next summer. Now I'm working with the removal of the frontwheel drive and installing a new set of H&R Clubsport coilovers. I also took out most of the interior to save some weight and I will be putting in lightweight race seats and a roll cage. Does anyone here know where I can order a nice lightweight carpet kit, RS Style? I found some carpetkits for the 964 but I don't know how they will fit in a 993... Anyone who knows?

964 carpet will fit perfect in a 993 ,no difference...Bert

 

Cool project. I've always struggled whether I should do this to my C4 and just sell and get a C2.

Most guys going with RS carpets use appbiz.

 

how hard was it to remove the carpet. I have heard horror stories

Hello guys and thanks for the answers! To remove the carpets, well its not that easy and I must say Porsche did use plenty of glue But with patience and a long winter in front of me I think the car will be finished just in time for next season (the beginning of April). Happy new year to you all!
