Lowering 993

I have a 98 993 that I am considering lowering. Jim Ellis in Atlanta suggested going with PSS9 Bilsteins. Is that they best choice? They claim the cost of the hardware is $3,900 and the total cost including labor is $5,173. Are those numbers reasonable?

Unreasonable. You can get the hardware for at least $1000 less than their price, and the installation costs including alignment should be less than $1000. Just look at some of the sponsors on this site.

that's insane and what a rip off that is.
never heard of such basic setup cost so much.

What are they smoking, they need to stop immediately.

Thanks for the feedback. I told Jim Ellis not to do the work. Will look elsewhere.
