Thanks! I like the x-pipe in your avatar. Too bad we have annual emission testing here.

I found the Fikse rims/tires on eBay. It was a lucky find as they don't come up for sale very often.

You have an actual emissions or just the OBD reading tests? I do the X-pipes with sport cats (200 cell) as well if you have any interest. Makes the car sound absolutely amazing. Do a search on Renn for "DACH", have yet to have any complaints.

Just OBD on '96 and later cars, I believe. Pre-96's have to get the sniffer up the tailpipe while the car is running on rollers. Yes, I'd be interested if the car will pass Georgia emissions with the sport cats.

It should without issue. Its CARB certified and all the other garbage that goes with those things. Take a look at this site, this is what we use.

metalcat.com.au

If this will work for you, PM me for further details, or my email itbracer45@netzero.com
Thanks

Luis, the 914 -8 is a dreamcar-to be when I find a boxer 8 to install in a 70 914 6 that was taken out of service in 1978 with 23k miles and has not a speck of rust. It has a meager race history with short gears and no other mods. A friend is working on putting tow boxer subaru engines together ,so that is a possibility. If that doesnt work I may settle for a supercharged plane subaru boxer. The extra wt. of an sc or carrera is not my first choice.
