Post pix of your 993!
Thanks....I'm new here and didn't want to do something inappropriate
"Max" started his life as a 1955 356 PreA Continental Coupe and in the early 90s was transformed into a race car to run the CarreraPanAmericana race through Mexico. Built by Gary Emory, it turned out way too nice to trash in a race like the PanAm. It ended up in a "museum" and sat for over 10 years when we rescued it. It needed pretty much everything redone. The original GT gas tank was leaking through dozens of pin-holes (from sitting so long) so we had a FuelSafe tank custom built. The interior needed re-doing because the gas had leaked through the petcock onto the floor. The engine wasn't too bad but needed refreshing. It is a 2.7 liter 914 Type IV putting out around 210 hp, and with the car weighing only 1600 or so, it was a screamer!
We brought it back to life and actually went Full Concours at the Porsche Parade in Fort Worth in 2004, winning 1st place in our Class and then winning our Division. BUT, this car was meant to be driven and driven HARD!
After winning, we had lots of offers, and one we couldn't turn down. So off he went and we bought a 55 Speedster that we eventually sold to Nicholas Cage.
We regret selling Max. He was one of those once-in-a-lifetime cars.

However, all the other changes are so suttle they do not draw the eye yet net result of the whole car works well.
The whole body is a combo of Strosek work.......almost every panal has some change.....front bumper blends to front fenders (flared....something I always thought AG should have done w/Turbo & 4S).....wheel arches form and pull down more.....blend to rocker.....to rear fender flair about as wide as Porsche but smoother line......rear bumper, valance, wing, wheels, suspension, etc, etc.
All work done by Vitorio Strosek at his facility Utting Ammersee, following Euro delivery.....I am original owner
This shot has the car with a set of my repainted 996Turbo hollows with 'R' rubber for autocross.....more pics of the car here.... http://www.drivingfanatic.com/strosek_993.htm

That is simply, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful cars, not just 993's, I mean all cars, that I have ever seen. A truly magnificent automobile you've built there.
You don't have larger, hi-res pics, do you?

I just purchased this mint 15,000 mile 97 C4s a month ago. It was originally owned by Richard Griot (Griot's Garage) for 8 years & 10,000 miles before it was sold twice before me. It came nicely equipped with the Black sport seats, Motorsound kit, carbon fiber shifter and e-brake and the 3M clear parts.
I added the Gert RoW M030 suspension kit last week.
I hope to enjoy it for many, many years.
