You are in the same place I was when I was your age. Keep the passion/sickness going.

Very nice. I would not leave a Hot Wheels car out there for more than 10 seconds. I lived over there untill 1988.

I got bitten just reading all the car mags as a kid. I always appreciated the engineering that goes into these cars and hoped I'd get one someday. Since it came out, the 993tt has always been my favorite and when I bought mine, I didn't think I'd keep it long term, but it will never leave my possession.

My wife, GF at the time (1984) had a 68 912. I fell in love with her, then the car. bought a 80 911 SC Targa in 97, and a 96 993 last year.
I picked up the "bug" from her. She loves muscle cars (had a 65 Mustang and a 69 Camaro before I met her)

When I was a kid my dad and I would go to Porsche dealers all the time to kick tires.
