Gentlemen,

Can someone help me identify a part on my new car and it's functionality?

This part is located in the front grille and it's about 6-7" in length, and about 1" in height. There are two red windows on the front. On the left side there are about 10 Led's behind it, and on the right, I can't tell.

It has a more black on it, and fewer LED's, but that's probably it. I just wish I knew how it worked. It has wires going somewhere. ???? Do I need to turn it on?

 

Most likely the previous owner had some sort of switch for it.....

 

If you don't know how to use it, you shouldn't attempt to. K.I.T.T will have your lunch. And if Michael finds out, well you don't want to know what really goes on in the eighteen wheeler(i.e. Michael is gay).

 

My guess is a K40 remote radar/laser detector....
