CNCed hose ends and Y-pipe pops off ... after inst. EVO IC's
I did finally installed the EVO IC's ...Fantastic!!
I am getting boost 0.1 -0.2 bar under 2,000 RPMS and the car start kicking (1.1-1.2 bars) app 200 rpms sooner (3,400 rpms).
But, I have had serious problems with the CNCed hose ends and Y-pipe ...after 2 runs pops off. This morning, I did carefully make it fit, as doable as it can be, the spring clip that holds on the Y-pipe and again it starts to pops off.

both sides as you can see.
When I installed, it match, looks and fit tied ...in fact I tray to pull it off by hand and I can not....on the Highway at full boost another story...2 runs ...and
...what can I do ??
Appreciate
Thanks

Pierre996TT,
What you may need to do is file a small amount of the flat edge of the "ears" that are on the billet ends (not the slope). This way the billet end can recess into the factory pc. further allowing it to click in place.
Due to the factory casting occasionally having variances it happens from time to time.

Best way to fix this is:
1- Remove deck lid for best access.
2- Get a friend to help.
3- Have one guy push the CNC with a flat head into the y-pipe
4- Then you need to put another flat head on the metal clip portion that fits into the ypipe and push it in until you hear a click.
5- Be careful not to push the clip in a angle as you could break the y-pipe(dont ask me how I know
)
5- Repeat on all four location and they will never pop off again.
