Help! Wheel Damaged! Arghhhh!!!!

Hi Everyone:

I was driving to a client today and as I slipped into my usual parking spot, my right rear 19" TechArt wheel scrapped against the curb. This caused damage to the outer lip of the wheel (only the silver part). Damage is about 4 to 5 inches long.

Does anyone know of a great wheel repair shop in the Orange County area? If not, how about the LA County area?

Your help is really appreciated as I am truly distraught right now...

TIA.

Arling and Lucent to the rescue! Just talked to AvatArling and he is gonna get in touch with that guy for me. Hoping to get it fixed on friday after the PSS9 install...

In the meantime, I will just avoid looking at the right rear of the car...it pains my heart....

Now if we could only FREE ERIC!

Toe-mas,
I feel your pain bro. Dont worry though, Arling's guy is very good and your wheel will look brand new. You just have to tough it out and make it through the week.

About Eric . . .

Any good body shop should be able to fix it, I have the same wheels and had mine fixed by a body shop, good luck.

use some steel wool and light filing. that's what the wheel fixers will use.

I think Wheel Enhancement in Culver City 310 836-8924. You can give them a try. No experience with them. Can check with others that may have used them. Also I was given D&M Mobile wheel Repair Service 310 529-4076. His name is Jessie, and was referred to me by the Auto Gallery. I have not used him either. The auto gallery repaired one of my wheels once. It was a very good job. I assume they used him. Can't be sure though.
