In the process of working with them. the stereo is VERY trick, which would not have been my personal choice, but it's liveable for $105K Can always do a cloth enclosure that would mask all of the trick woofers and leave the back looking more like a stock GT2

Absolutely. I swore to never own a RED Porsche but this may have to be the exception.

PLEASE..... someone beat me to the dealer on this.

I was thinking about selling my GT2 a while back, ( I am not any more), but when I was, I was barely getting offered 100k, Silver car loaded 196k msrp, plus I added techquiment roll bar, Prototech tune and shifter, and I am the original owner and the car only has 3300 miles and is flawless as some of the members on the board can attest to who saw it when it ran some 11.0 1/4 miles last month at the 6speed race at MIR. I am not so sure that is a great deal? Decent deal yes, but best deal on the planet? I don't think so, not because of the car because I think the GT2 is the best 911 in my opinion, but because they seem to trade hands for about 100k with that mileage IMO.

That stereo pretty much kills the 200 pound weight savings of the GT2. Why would anyone butcher such a nice car?

It's not that great of a deal...you could probably snag it for just under 100.

Huge skip on the audio system and the floor mats. But wait...are those wires running to the cupholder? Does it heat and cool your drinks for you? Nuff said...sold!

I think seeing a roll cage in a car really turns off potential buyers. It just screams that the car has been abused, not saying yours has, but I think that's what people see.
