Anyone looking for a second fun car?

I talked to the owner a while back and have seen the car a few times in person...

Very well sorted.

I wish I had the resources. Just thought I would share in case you guys were interested. I cant remember exactly what the owner was asking, but I remember it was reasonable....

Well sure, my car is for sale with a buy it now of $150k... just PM me!

What he is EXPECTING is, in all sane likelihood, less... I don't know the market for these cars, but a 2001 996TT nicely modded, is 65k.... IMHO

The 996TT has depreciated significantly opposed to air cooled Porsches, a 993TT in good condition will still yield $70k-$80k price tag. Basic 964 turbo's with decent miles (40k'ish) are in the neighborhood of $50k or so.

Emailed the seller, he said he's looking for $65k on the dot, who ever comes up first with it, takes it.

Beautiful car. I wouldn't mind having one like that, but I couldn't justify spending $65k on that old of a car, especially one that heavily modified. I am sure the right person will come along and snap it up, though.

I believe its normal for sellers on eBay auctions to flat out say what they're looking for in an email.
