Hell buy some aliminum hats and you're there.

Great point, but I love the look of these rims and am having a hard time not convincing myself to purchase them for the weight savings and look it gives.

LA,

If you mean the CCW T10's, I'm not sure they're approved for heavy track use. I have recently e-mailed John with that question but as yet have received no answer.

Matt@RPM is on a distinguished road
I think they're meant as an opportunity to further lighten your car once you've already done everything feasible. You know, when you're looking to shave off that extra tenth of a second or hundredth.

I already order a set for my new 997gt2, I think they are going to be the hot issue, regardless of price, cheers, Sonny.

Just wondering if anyone has run these for any length of time for heavy track use, any would they take a "shot" without breaking apart?

I will say that if you use these on the track you should do a job on cooling the brakes with good ducting, in my 993tt I run the brakes so hot that it created small blisters on the stock wheels, I had to cool them with some brake ducting., cheers, Sonny.
