How is it going to suck up dregs from the bottom? How do you suppose the fuel gets pumped out of the tank if the outlet for the fuel pump isn't on the bottom? It would seem that if there's trash in the tank, you're going to suck it out regardless of whether the tank if full or near empty. That's what fuel filters are for. Maybe I just dont' understand the setup as you envision it.....
