buddy of mine wants bling for his Carrera and we don't know jack about fitment.

he wants these for a 99 Porsche Carrera..I know it's rear-wheel drive and 5 lug

any help ?

 

Ok here we go, That wheel and tire setup is not for a Porsche, the 996 runs a staggered fitment which means narrower wheels and tires upfront and wider wheels and tires in the rear, just because a wheel is a certain amout of lugs doesnt mean its spaced out the same, and a wheels offset will play a big role in the fitment on a vehicle as well which is how the wheel will clear the brakes and fit on your fenders for a proper fit.

 

check our board sponsors tirerack or wheelautohaus link to right. they run specials on wheels that fit properly. this way you will know they fit and you will get a decent quality wheel. not a good idea to put crap wheels on carrera, could cause more grief than you might realize.
