LWFW, Your car will thank you.
The kit John has put together is another great option. Since the face is solid, it shouldn't chatter, so it should be even more driveable than the EVOMS kit. John has used it in his k24/18g car which is about the same power level as yours, so it seems to hold the power.
Adam is right - absolutely no chatter with the DMF and the Sachs one piece race disc. It's really smooth, just like OEM, except it holds a lot more power. When CM returned my Sachs Motorsports "999" pressure plate, it was marked "tested 3850 lbs". From what I was told, when it went to them it was rated at approx. 2900 lb force, they increased the clamp by about 1000 lbs. of force (33%). I have a link below to some pictures of all the components and the part numbers are on the boxes. There are also a few pictures of my GT2 conversion, but it is a little different than the EVOMS solution. It is the same result in the end, using the same style parts, we just did it before the EVOMS kit was available using the 993 GT2 parts and mounting method. I think all the parts were about $600-$700, including the mirror reverse fork.

I don't think it's chatter as in "noise" chatter, I think it's a "lack of smooth engagement" chatter, although if you do hear something it's your drivetrain yelling at you.
hmmm, some make it sound like the car is falling apart sound. Is there any videos of this (audio)?
That noise is not chatter. That's the noise from the gearbox that the factory DMFW dampens.
got it, so when you go to the LWFW, the dampening is gone and noise appears.
ttboost is right. Chatter is a chattering, jerky feeling on engagement, like the flywheel is warped or something like that. The "noise" people talk about is not chatter, but gearbox noise that is not being dampened and allowed to project through the flywheel. It is commonly described as sounding like a bucket of loose bolts rattling around. I would say that is a somewhat close desciption. If you are in traffic and stopped at a light, the sound will bounce off the cars around you and it sounds like your car is falling apart, has loose metallic parts, etc. and people will look like "what the F...is wrong with that Porsche". Of course, you know nothing is wrong, but that is how it sounds.

Thanks John, I knew you'd have my back
so then along with the LWFW, you have to get the 1000 watt bose system with large woofer, for use at every stop light. A little Disturbed and everything should sound just fine.
serious question now: Since we are removing the dampner and do not have perfectly balanced parts, hence the noise, does this shorten the life of the tranny components?
