Problem with seat memory

I've found that it always helps to tell the dealer not only what's wrong, but how to fix a problem... Otherwise, it seems like the odss that they can fix it are about 50-50... With that in mind, I'm about to take the 996TT into the dealer for the following problem.

When you unlock the doors and open the passenger's side door, then the driver's side lumbar support will inflate to a unusually high level (higher than my memory setting). If you open the driver's side door, and don't open the passenger's side door, it won't inflate (i.e., it stays at the saved setting).

Has anyone had this happen, and do you know of a solution?

Thanks in advance.
