Ron (RT7) is looking down on us today
Ron had pancreatic cancer and had been ill for about a year, but was not diagnosed until early this past summer. Even though he was going through this he was always in good spirits and was very strong. His wife would say, 'When his car buddies show up he perks up and has a much better day'.
I know some of you had visited him, so I say 'Thank you'.
Early this week a group of us went to visit, and Ron wanted to know if our cars were there, and they were. He wanted to go out and see them but was to ill to go out. So we lined up the car a took a pic for him. As we did, we rev'd our engines. When we got back in his home, he named off the cars, in the order we started our cars. Always the car nut.

wow....don't know what to say...
It's scary how many people we've lost since I joined this board 5 years ago. God bless his family and friends.
Let us all remember how important our families and friends are....especially at this time of year.

I knew Ron for 5 years. Truly a great guy always willing to help. Its SO sad and truly a loss for us and our community. I only wish they would have at least found it early enough that he had some kind of chance. I love you brudda!!!!!!!!!!!
Brother Ron,
RIP peace... I love you bruddah. You will be dearly missed by all of us that you have touched our lives. Your courage and big heart will be what I will always remember of our friendship.

Wow, not the kind of news I want to hear especially on this Tgiving weekend.
Ron was one of the first 6speeders I ever met on our caravan to Monterey last year. What a nice guy, a beautiful car and a beautiful family. Yes, 4 of them all in his turbo all the way from L.A. to Monterey and back...you know his family loved him.
R.I.P. Ron. All the best to you, your family and all your 6speed friends.
