Customer Service

Today my good friend Alex from MAX RPM came to my home to fix something on my car. Now that's what I call customer service. Way to go Alex!

Must admit ViperBob (Vortexmotorsports, Tampa) has made several house calls!! Also let me come over his house on the weekends for problems, **** almost as bad as me being on call!!!
The really top flight tuners and shops are the guys that really go the extra mile, and guys like me appreciate it!!

jcb-memphis has a reputation beyond repute

A few tuners do this sort of thing. Reputation is much of what matters. The top group are just way above and beyond believable in time spent.

I have had similar from UMW. Just me.

Nice job! Yep, some of us make house calls. Lord knows I have spent my fair share of time on a plane to come see customers!

i met alex for the first time a few weekends ago at maxrpm for a griot's garage tech day. he was a very nice guy! he even let me pull my boxster into the shop garage to park. =) "she" was the tech day princess! although....embarrassingly dirty! lol!
