I do agree some lambos aren't as fast straight line as you, but honestly my dads Gallardo would kill your TT in the twisties (along with mine)... The car is just amazing in the handling department!!!

Evan i think that drivers being equal tt vs gallardo stock for stock they are equal in terms of handling round the "twisties". Why would the Gallordo be so much better?

Oh god here we go with KA again.

 

I've no doubt it's a good handling car. Kinda hard to compare... I guess going stock vs stock but my new suspension set up and alignment and tires.... well even at the shoot out the lap times posted would have been hard for a Gallardo to beat. I guess the thing to do is race your dad for pink slips hehe; j/k

I think the stock suspension on the TT is pretty sloppy for the kind of car it is. PSS9s, JICs etc... bring it to where it should be.

 

40rwhp? Um... without retuning, and without going to straight pipes?? Hmm seems like it'd take more than just "changing" the exhaust but heck if I know. Show us the dyno proof hehe.

No dyno sheets, but it is true. Same exhaust as a Diablo. Same results.

 

OK just wondering because we know how everyone likes dyno proof. That 40rwhp number must have come from somewhere...

Their have been cars dynoed before, i just dont have the sheets from the results. I can tell you from experience the difference is night and day.

Funny how one can say that from that kind of power gain it tells you alot about the base car. I guess 996TT's should of all come from the factory with better programming, bigger turbos, exhausts, better blow off valves, headers, intercoolers etc etc.
