is it possible to get a system which will track a convoy at once? Like if my, and 3 or 4 other sports cars were traveling in a group, could we have our units sync'ed toghether to show everyone's location on screen, or the ability to find another person live if lost en route?

 

Like what golf carts have for GPS enabled carts? Don't know if there is something like that for cars, but it certainly exists (for not a lot of money), on the GPS carts at several courses I've been to. That's not really an answer, but it does give you an idea of where to look.
