Squeaking brake pads ?

I recently changed to pagid orange in all 4 corners, and new front rotors ( about 500 miles ago). And the brakes squeak like a pig- i don't mind to much ( my buddys say- here comes the metro bus) but i'm wondering if its normal for these pads, to squeak that much and also at high speeds. Say suppose i'm going to take a turn at 80 and i brake a bit and you hear a squeak. Is that normal ? Also sometimes, depending on the surface, they seem to work great, sometimes they really suck Or perhaps i glazed my pads/rotors ?

I broke them in with this procedure:

Drag the brake pedal for 800 yards at about 35mph.
8
60-10 mph stops
3
100-10 stops

here's a pic of the rotors surface.

p.s.
I had to remove these shims in order for the pads to fit in.

the shims should help. but i'm hoping you painted them with the brake quiet stuff.... if not pull the pads out and paint the back with that stuff. you can buy it at any autopart store...
