all evos gt700-gt750 kits use this. SG's 700 kit uses these turbos as well. THey are tiny man. Plus if u bought these turbos seperate maybe sharky or some other evoms dealer will sell you the max out injector 5 bar gt640 set up which with a little thread search u will see is a kit not many people love. The tune is really to blame for most of this. The turbos them selves are good around 24lbs of boost for some killer power but your only put down about k24 race program power on pump with them. Check the forum threads for gt640 and gt700 turbos. GL

I would suggest vivid racing 650 gt2860rs kit. It is by far the best bang for your buck.

If you do already own these turbos please get a custom tune done.

dont purchase these turbos part of an off the shelf kit. If you purchase these turbos seperate please tune your car with a specific tuner who will tune your car with the mods on the car itself.

You need a lot to go w/ GT 28's to use them properly (about 20K in upgrades not including the tune/labor). Please refer to my old mod list or a typical GT 700 package.

yes and no I believe with injectors and a custom tune you can get a very desirable amount of power.

Thank you Guys for your replays, i have the EVO GT640 kit installed in my car and i am wondering about the issues you guys are talking about but i did not drive my car yet. any ideas in the best way of taking full advantage of these GT28 Turbos and any further upgrades as i would like to get to the 700hp range but it is an expensive upgrade from EVOMS.

On that note, I am going to go with Todd's 24 setup. Anyone interested in one heckuva sweet deal on the HYBRID, NON-HOH COOLED, DIRECT BOLT ON Garret 28's, let me know!

The fuel system is what you want. Evo uses the Aeromotive pump.

$man,

Todds 24 hybrids are excellent turbos, but what I would do if I were you is just ship/drive your car and turbos to him and let him build you a killer GT700.
