Next step...OPINIONS needed
I have done the following:
UMW Tune
UMW 16/24 Hybrids w/modified wastegates
SpeedTech Exhaust (John D)
Ported Headers
Spark Plugs
DV's
5 Bar FPR
Vivid Air Box
RWD conversion
What is the next logical step for more power?

Depending how much you want. The next step would probably be a tuner's 650/700 kit (Evo, Protomotive, Vivid, IA, etc...) And with the stuff you currently have that may only be turbos, injectors, and programming. If you want even more, slap on a set of Garrett GT30's and you can product near 800hp.
Just yesterday I ordered a GT640 kit from Stephen @ IA. The upgrade was a lot more reasonable in terms of cost than I thought it would be. What is included in the upgrade from Stage 4 to GT640 is a 5 bar FPR, new tune, and the Tial/Garrett GT28's. I believe I will get another 50whp, so the car should absolutely scream. For me, this was the logical next step, even though I have only had the Stage 4 for less than 2 months. The Stage 4 left me longing for more power higher in the rev band...the K16/24's seem to run out of steam after 5,600 rpm's, and the Tial/Garrett's should pull hard all the way to redline without increased lag.
The nice thing about the GT640 kit is that it uses the same turbos as the GT700, so when I get tired of it, I can upgrade the fuel system (and probably build the internals) and then have 700hp...can't beat that!!
UMW stage 3A....around 700 crank hp

You started with UMW; if you are happy thus far then ask him for advice on the next logical step.
When I started out, I did an engine rebuild (Carrillo rods, etc). That way, I am ready for whatever my wallet wants to have next.
You may want to consider how far you think your dreams may take you and do the basics in preparation for that goal. That way you don't waste $ on a lot of interim things. That is the greatest lesson I learned from participating in this forum.

I have around 500 miles on this setup

I should of asked also your total miles on the engine..
..It's all about how much power you want. I went for stage4 to save the time & money going through the steps. I knew eventually I wanted more
..If you don't have to many miles on the car go stage3..but you seem to be just like me
. 500 miles & you already want more
...GO FOR STAGE4!

Christian, I don't speak in "stages", but your next logical step would be to upgrade your intercoolers. The GT2 ICs aren't much larger than stock and still have weak plastic end tanks. The only other option I'm aware of are the "Clubsport" ICs. But for $4800 with hoses, this isn't exactly a wise purchase.
IMO you have a great setup. If it was my car, I would start to focus on removing weight. Have you considered an electronic boost controller for better wastegate control?
John H
ICs or hoses will not give him a punch he is looking for.
If he just got the kit it would not be wise to throw it out and look for something else. If you look at it that way you just threw away a few thousand dollars. just enjoy it... you will be fine...
