How about small fireballs out the rear end on downshifts? Those would be a nice bonus too!

Johns car throws more flames than I do. I guess it has something to do with the fact that he is running K16's with software, and I am running K24's. I dont know.

I have another clip for you guys to listen to......

Does anyone know this guy? His car sounds bad *** too!

Are the stock cats able to be separated from the factory exhaust? Maybe I will go that route and have some pipes welded up to the cats. I still didn't put the pipes on the car yet...I'm afraid! haha

Quote: These are the best pipes you can pickup. TRUST ME. I have the FVD strait pipes on my GT2, and they are soooo much fun. I will admit the cold startup is insane. It hurts your ears, and god forbid if you have neighbors!! BUT, the noises are so intoxicating. Every second of driving the car is 1 million times more enjoyable.

The turbos sound so crazy, and the car is significantly more responsive. The sound at idle is cool, and my car sounds just like a race car. Not harley-like. Its a good sound, trust me.
OK Martian I got one guy on my side!!!!!!
See ya at VIR!!!!!! Hope my car is not too loud for ya!!!

Ok, the pipes went on the car today around 4:30pm.

I started the car up, drove around the block, and the factory exhaust was back on the car by 6:00pm.

For a street car, it was just simply too much for me. If this was my track only car if would be a different story. The car sounds way cool, and the turbo whistle made my hair stand up on end. Very Very cool stuff.....for a track car.

Anyone want to buy a set of FVD straight pipes *CHEAP*?

You know what you should really do.........is try just bypassing the cats.....muffler only.....NineNineSixTT has that and it sounded really good from the outside..not obnoxious or anything...just sounded really good......haven't heard it from the inside but he was saying his girlfriend was complaining so I think it was probably just right!
